the check in should be faster and more convenience. The manager Marco ask us to upgrade which costs way over price then his co worker which offer us a better discount. It is so unprofessional to provide a discount which is even WAY HIGHER then the check in worker.

We’ve going there every year since 2017. This year it was really bad. First and foremost we went there because the pools were heated. This year, the pools were cold and every staff we asked had different answers as to why. Because of so many complaints, the management finally turn the heat. Second, the quality of food just went down. My son-in-law got food poisoning on our last night there so he had to stay behind one day. The management was not at all helpful. Charged my daughter $800 for one night stay for him to recover for something that happened at their facility. Lastly, for couple of days I’ve been back, I have not been feeling too well. I think their food was not as safe. Not going back.

The hotel is fantastic in terms of its services and entertainment. From water sports to neon light parties to Mario and Wonder Woman walking around, it’s a non stop party. The staff are unbelievably nice, I don’t think I’ve been to a hotel with such patient good natured and helpful staff. Where I think the hotel could improve would be the level of crowds, lines and wait times. When we came there were 1300 guests, it was so crowded we could hardly make our way in and out of the pool. We saw people sometimes on the sand because there was no seating at the beach. There was a night where we had to wait 2 hours to have dinner at Lorenzo’s probably the best restaurant at the hotel. We put our name on the guest list at 6.15 pm. Dinner was at 8:15. That said the food was overall excellent. We loved Lorenzo’s as well as moongate. And we greatly appreciated the amenity for my child’s birthday, the cake was excellent. The kids club staff was very professional and polite, answering all questions and taking good care of our children. Again an issue was the child limit. With 1300 guests, how can one always expect to get a spot in the kids club which has a 25 kid limit? I think for the heavy traffic spots the space needs to tripled or quadrupled to meet demand. Otherwise a fantastic hotel, we enjoyed when it became emptier and less crowded. Fantastic fitness center, special thanks to Oscar for Pilates and water aerobics Arthur, for yoga. This was the best fitness facility!!

Hotel was nice but not so much different for any other all inclusive hotels i was expecting more for the price food was really good all the pools including tourquize side extremely cold not all the drinks included even when i aks that question they said yes at check in but vip side not all of it was the pool area and beach they have this cabins tipe shades that block most of the pools side they rent for 169 dollars was ridiculous to me spa prices where out of this world service was outstanding other than that very nice hotel but expecting more for the price paid .
