Excelente ubicación, frente al mar y cerca de la avenida, comida rica, alberca con agua muy caliente para mí gusto, la gente desconsiderada y abusiva, parece que no sabe leer que no deben apartar camastros, todo ocupado y nadie en ellos en todo el día. Como sugerencia la música para.ambienar los alimentos debería ser más suave y a un volumen moderado, el mar está padre, pero no es para los más pequeños está al playa con una ligera bajada lo que la hace profunda. El último día se descompuso el elevador por la lluvia. Pero en general le pongo un 8.5. Si volvería.

I would stay again for the service.
Service was outstanding, food was very good. location is excellent. Hotel itself is very clean, just dated. Needs a good refresh. Daily activities seemed to be the exact same daily.

En general el personal muy amable y atento, pero en toda nuestra estadía nos quedo a deber, dejo de funcionar el aire acondicionado los 5 días que estuvimos ahí, desde el primer día TODOS nos enfermamos horrible del estómago con diarrea, la alberca estaba súper sucia y no la limpiaban y para rematar en 2 de nuestras habitaciones salieron cucarachas HORRIBLE, creo que dejo de ser lo que era hace años, se podría considerar de 2 estrellas no le podría dar más, dejo mucho que desear, pero la verdad es que el personal trato de hacer lo mejor y apoyarnos en cualquier cosa que pedíamos, lástima que había cosas que no se pudieron resolver, nos vamos decepcionados.
