Bed was very saggy and rolling badly to the centre, poor quality towels, bathroom was poor, very small shower that leaked water all over the bathroom floor, overall room was tired and barely clean. Won’t stay again.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff.. i havent stayed in many hotels so had lots of questions, and staff were always helpful and friendly, quiet, clean room and very comfortable

Friendly and very courteous staff, rooms were clean & quiet enough, with comfortable bedding. Bathrooms included all the essential body products you need, and the tap water drinkable if you need to refill water bottles. The venue is only a short walk to the main CBD and attractions which was handy. Car parking is off site only a few mins walk away. We didn’t use the dining or bar facilities but if you don’t have your room serviced daily you can get a $10 food/beverage discount. The rooftop pool is divine!

Hi Jared,thank you for your feedback, very much appreciated. We left the bar fridge with just complimentary water as we found since the pandemic, no-one was utilising stock which went out of date regularly. So we pulled that to allow guests to bring their own food and drinks and have somewhere to keep it cold. I'll look into the pool temperature as that sits at 26 degrees so should not be cold. I'll check our system to ensure that the setting is reliable. Appreciate the comment regarding Sunday. When business picks up we'll be able to open the bar and restaurant on that night again.Once again, thank you for your feedback. It provides the hotel the opportunity to review and see how we can deliver better service to our guests.Sincerely,Peter
