This was ok, but not quite to the standard we expected. I had minimal interactions with staff, but when we checked in I had to ask the concierge for information about things like parking rather than it being volunteered. In spite of the instructions being emailed, it was quite difficult to find our way to the entrance the first time due to all the extensive road works/construction everywhere. Shower over bath. Nice toiletries, but glass bottles, and the unit for them in the shower wasn't secured so I was worried that the bottles would fall and break.
