Excellent facilities, kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and adults got to relax in the spa and sauna. Only downside was the bath/shower, it was dated. Taps are loose and water took a long time to drain.

The staff were amazing. All very helpful and professional. The rooms were well appointed with everything you could want. Kid friendly, the pool was amazing. What more could you want after a hard day of exploring the city, than too dump your kids in a pool and enjoy the spa.

Only I would say is the valet drivers were quite dangerous. Leaving Sunday morning, lots of kids around the drivers were driving into the drive way at speed and no care on whose car they were driving. Saw a few brake slams. If that was my car I would not be impressed. I think they just need to come in calmly and watching for pedestrians on the driveway. Shower head was a little wonky and wouldn't stay in the middle of shower. Other than that, it was amazing hotel. Great comfy beds, pillows and blackout curtains. Lots of towels etc. Just wish could stay longer.
