Be aware there is no parking or valet. 600 Congress parking garage is close but you will need to reserve and prepay for parking there. Rooms are exactly what they need to be and nothing more. I prefer a soft bed and the bed in my room was firm. There are no irons in the rooms they are in a room at the end of the hall. Overall it served my need as a place to sleep but not a room to hang out in for extended periods. I did not utilize any amenities.

The only thing that was a little bothersome is that there is a homeless shelter a block away, so there were quite a few homeless right outside. I am used to this as I live in Seattle, WA, but for others that might not live in a large city, might be worried. I had to park across street and pay $43.00 for overnight parking. That should be taken into consideration when comparing rates with other hotels who offer free parking. The hotel was AMAZING, and the staff were even more AMAZING!! My bed was comfy, and I loved the large window in my room and had a great view!! I will definitely stay at another Citizen M again.
