The business desided to keep the deposit for nio reason! Almost one week later, I personally called the property, and and requested the manager to explain the issue related with the failure of deposit refund. The manager was trying to justify the business's inappropriate action by saying that they didn't have my card info (the reservation was paid by card) to issue the deposit. was - you need to provide us with the full card number, expiration date, and sec code!
