Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
FRONT DESK - Poor English Spoken, Untruthful staff and Non-Accommodating and Unapologetic. No shame in stating False information without verifying.
PARKING/VALLET - Non-speaking English staff, Unable to help when asked questions or direction.
CONCIERGE - NONE - your on your own.
BAR/CAFE AREA - They have a latte Menu, but the person who knows how to make them is not available till 2:00pm
GYM - They have stated in their website there is a Gym,, but when I arrive and ask for it I was told that there are NO equipments YET!
DELUXE ROOM - More like a studio with a sofa, you can spread your arms and touch the walls even if your only 5ft 2inch. I had to upgrade to a different room to have enough room for 5 people and paid extra. NO Discount for inconvenience.
BATHROOM;
Faucet don't drain in the sink but in the counter. Whoever the Architect that design this bathroom should be fired.
TUB - make sure to wet the safety mat and the tub before stepping into it or you will end up slipping and smacking your head in the tub.
WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWER - Very Poor,
SHAMPOO-LOTION-CONDITIONER - Smells like a laundry soap TIDE.
BUILDING STRUCTURE - Outside Looks Good, But inside everything is FAKE.
PARKING - GOOD, except they need signage to identify Residential Condo and Hotel Area so you don't end up parking too far.
DINING/FOOD - Only one type of food Filipino, not very good. Cleanliness is very poor. Staff are not properly train in food safety or Lazy
