My key card didn’t work so I went back to the front desk and they reactivated my key. I opened the door. There was a man staring at me. There was a homeless person in my room. The receptionist didn’t apologize or didn’t even bother to check the room. What else can I say? Just take this hotel off from your listing.

Very helpful staff, nice rooms, good food in the morning. The only draw back is the place smells like smoke. It's something that is very hard to cover up. Otherwise a great place to stay.
