Really nice place and is above average in quality and comfort. The way it is marketed makes it sound like extreme luxury but it’s not quite that. Don’t get me wrong, because it is a beautiful room that I had. It’s just not quite what my definition of luxury would be. However, I would definitely recommend this place 100%, as the customer service at the front desk is really friendly, and you can tell they go the extra mile to try and make you feel special when you were there. As well, when I checked out, they allowed me to keep my luggage there for the entire day , and then pick it up at night just before I made my way over to the airport. The bed is comfortable, I loved the standalone bathtub and the pillows were super plush. I would say the only thing I did not really like is the fact that there are over 20 switches for different areas for the lightbulbs, and they are all spread out everywhere from the side of the bed, to being beside the bathtub, to being by the TV, and also by the door entrance… It would be nicer if there was a Central switch location for every single lightbulb. It took me almost 2 minutes to figure out where all of the light switches were just so I could turn off each one. The doorman was super friendly, the security is good at the hotel, and it seems like there is a lot going on there each day. The location is fairly convenient and is right by a 24 hour 7-Eleven, which I loved!
