Must stay longer next time
From the point of arrival until we left, the staff were very accommodating. The hotel was immaculate and the rooms very comfortable to stay in. I just wish we were able to stay longer. Next time we will

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Not worth the price of the stay
Let's start with some positives: Staff was nice Checking was easy Location next to the museum was optimal Negatives: Room smelled so MUSTYwe gagged everytime we entered No conditioner offered at all Shampoo and body wash were not good and the water pressure was abysmal Food service was horrible ( we sat waiting for a server to take our order for 15 minutes, then our food arrived and we had to ask for our drink - which we could see had been sitting at the bar for another 10 minutes, food was OK but then again no server checking in, when we would flag someone down they would forget what we had asked or another 15minutes would go by before the item would arrive. We got two of the exact same drink and they came out completely different. Different glass, different garnish and the taste all different. Overall the room itself looked nice but was almost unusable. Bathroom was the same thing, pretty but not practical at all. For the cost of the room go elsewhere.

Titanic experience lived
Was blown away but the experience. Was immersed in history from start to finish. Every thought went into the bedrooms and design of the hotel. To be actually in such a historic building was unreal. Only complaint I have was the music in the bar at night was weird but other than that the style, comfort and history of the hotel was fantastic. I can’t fault the staff they were all so friendly and professional. Definitely worth a visit.

I stayed at this hotel with my 5yo titanic obsessed son. The location was ideal to cater to our needs and I couldn’t fault our room in any way. It was spacious, clean, well thought out and the bed was so comfortable. I’ll be staying here on my next visit to Belfast and I’d recommend anyone else to do the same
