Mosquitoes everywhere; lobby, restaurants, gardens

Pros: Palatial look and that where it ended.
Cons: Mainly the service staff; but then as they say your staff is as good as your manager who has trained you!
Location: location is good however, away from CBD. If people are visiting you then its ok, but, don't assume liability for mosquito bites!
Mosquitoes everywhere; lobby, restaurants, gardens; i got bitten heaps just waiting in the lobby for getting checked in!! Do NOT open your balcony door! or even sit outside!! Mosquitoes are a very big problem. Restaurant service very poor; Breakfast spread ok but no one is bothered to serve; Unlike TAJ hotels where the service is in your face all the time. I asked for coffee three times and never got served!
