Run! Don’t waste time or money!
Disappointing! We were given a room that backed on to a nightclub with no warning-there are no signs that there is a club. When we called the desk the response was well it closes at 2:00! We were given a supposedly ADA room, not requested, thank goodness, it was so poorly planned, if you were in a wheelchair you may not be able to reach the hair dryer in hung on the wall. If I sat on the bench on the shower I could not reach the hand held shower. The sink was tucked into a corner and the towel bar was across the room at least put a bar by the sink(room was easily 8x8 feet). Have stayed here before, will not be back. Spend the extra money and choose any one other options in Back Bay.

The best part was the staff, really amazing. next best was the boutique older hotel atmosphere. getting in and out of our bedroom was a bit complicated by a very narrow entrance, but the bed s and bedding were excellent. No noise either.

The communal kitchen with vending machine was great. I loved having a bathtub/shower combination. Another light right inside the hotel room doorway would have been nice.
