Hotel staff was very welcoming and checked us in promptly. The lobby is well decorated and the atmosphere is very relaxing. We were on the 10th floor, so it was a little jarring to travel that distance quickly, but it was a short enough trip. Our room was spotless with plenty of towels and great water pressure. We also really liked the bathroom amenities. The overhead light wasn’t turning on, but that didn’t matter to us since we prefer lamps. Our bed was too firm for my partner, but just fine for myself. Only 1/4 of the bedside outlets worked which was a bummer, but there were others that were fine. It was very quiet in our room and very conveniently located near the Pru, Newbury St, plenty of restaurants and shopping. We really liked it here and would definitely book again!
