House keeping is only every other day or require 24hrs notice ahead, which is unexpected. Location is good as subway station is right beside and walking distance to the beach.

Awesome!
First time staying here and will definitely be back! Great location, across from the ocean and right next to the T. Beautiful, comfortable, clean hotel. Quiet rooms. Excellent restaurant with excellent food and excellent service. Front desk staff is top notch. $15 parking. Just an overall wonderful experience!

Great place for a family stay
Very clean and nice hotel. There is a subway stop right beside it which makes it so easy to go to downtown. Pool was quite clean. Different hot breakfast everyday.

The train to go down into Boston is right behind the property so you can park and ride.

Our room was clean upon arrival, but we stayed two nights and nothing was replaced (coffee, towels, etc...) for our second night. We called the front desk to ask for linens for the pull out bed and waited almost two hours (and multiple calls to the front desk). We stayed here due to the pool and the pool ended up being closed 2/3 of the days we were there. I requested a partial refund and was told "yes" by management and that they'd pass that along to expedia, but haven't received it and cannot find a way to communicate with expedia?
