$25 parking fee that I wasn’t told about. Never got the extra pillows I asked for and had let them know I was there for surgery and wasn’t able to make an accommodation for me to be down stairs when there didn’t seem to be many people there.

All employees provide great customer service
The staff was incredibly accommodating. Irma Was specifically outstanding. This place was an accidental find, and I am certainly glad I found it. I will be making numerous visits to New England Baptist Hospital, and I will stay at this hotel always.

Awful customer service
Went early to try to check in but couldn't however they gave me a parking pass for N additional charge. I arrived later that night. I misplaced my wallet and didn't have an ID. They wouldn't work with me at all. So I couldn't stay in the room I paid for and had to walk around all night because I had to where to stay. Extremely poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend at all. I literally paid for nothing.
