When is a superior room a standard one?
Expensive for what it is. Beware when booking a ‘superior room’. It’s a ‘standard room’ but with 2 bottles of water and 2 cheap biscuits (there were 3 of us stopping). You get 10% off food and drink and apparently and a free coffee, not that they told us about this! There was me thinking it was a better room!

A really great hotel.
Staff were really helpful. The lady who checked us in went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter who is in a wheelchair. To make sure the room was suitable for both of us as accessible rooms only have 1 double bed. Reception area clean and welcoming. Our room was very clean as well as the bathroom. Bedding was stiff and starchy, which made it a little uncomfortable for sleeping. We only had one meal, which was breakfast, and that was really good. There was so much choice and a lovely clean dining room. A fantastic stay and very accessible for wheelchair users. We would definitely stay again.
