The hotel is well located at a walkable distance to Grand Place. The reception is very nicely decorated, but that’s about it. Everything else feels really Old and antiquated. I got an individual bedroom which didn’t have a bathroom door. So any odors out of the bathroom make it to the bed. The show was in the corner and too small. I could shower without hitting the curtain or the cold shower handle. The free WiFi was unusable in my room. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear about everything from adjacent rooms or outside. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Good stay and friendly receptionists
It was a good experience staying at the Bedford Hotel in Brussels. Very close to the city centre which makes it very walkable. The only thing is that there was some building work going on in the rooms next to ours, which made too much noise in the mornings the last two days. Overall was a good experience

Lovely, helpful staff and the room was great too. It was a little cold ( unusual weather conditions) but the hotel had provided portable heaters which worked quite well

The service at the reception was good and the breakfast buffet had enough variety. The internet in the hotel rooms was very lacking.
