I paid and did not stay there. Unsafe environment, dirty and took 40 min to check in when I told them I would not be staying and wanted a refund they told me to contact Expedia. Horrible experience!!!

My company stays here multiple times a week… this stay there was a family checking in at 1 am and had their kids screaming and running around in the lobby which was so loud it woke us up. Nothing was done to try and settle the family from disrupting more guests. My husband actually had to go out to the lobby. Then the staff continually were slamming doors and banging what sounded like dishes around that was so loud it sounded like they were directly in our room. No sleep. And when asked about refunding our room or what could be done we were told to email the manager…

This was a good property for the price. 10 of us travelled to Calgary and we needed 5 rooms. I found this hotel for a good price and we were all pleasantly surprised.
