The staff was extremely rude. I will never stay at any of their locations again. We arrived Friday and they didn’t have a room for me as I revered an ocean view room. They put us in another hotel Friday and u couldn’t open the windows and it was horrible. They didn’t even try to accommodate us in. Any way. The service was horrible.
