Transportation from airport to hotel extremely expensive. Everything to buy is very expensive too. Cleanliness and staff is good. Beautiful beach. Enjoyed everything about it except the fact that our flight got delayed and we didn’t stay one night in Cancun in result of this but property manager was very stubborn and didn’t refund for the night we never stayed

We go here three times a year. I absolutely love this resort. They are still making changes which most are amazing. I have never seen as many children as I did this time. They have a kiddie pool but they overtook the main pool. Thank goodness I had a swim out room. The staff is so very friendly. We have made some good friends over the years. Can’t wait until my next trip!! Definitely get the seafood platter at SUNSET grill. It’s not included in all inclusive package but so very worth the money!!!

We liked cleanliness of rooms, hallways and other areas, we didn’t smell any mold like in some other hotels. The staff from housekeepers through servers, bartenders to hostesses and cooks was very friendly. The food was excellent even me and my wife are vegans and sometimes in different places it is challenging to find something to eat. We would have only one suggestion, it would be helpful to have marked allergens in all dishes.
