Insanely disgusting
There was literally a dog poo in the hall and noone’s cleaned it in 24h even though I’ve notified the front desk.

Worse experience ever. Don’t book there
Worse experience ever, appartement really dirty. Was traveling with my friends she found a plastifier in her apartment, balcony with lot of spider house. Have to beg to get a iron. Marine welcome us the first day with a smile, however the other days oh gosh she was so cold, not even a greeting. I strongly believe that you need to look again the concept. Refund should be made at least as it was a nasty experience never. I don’t recommend to stay there.

A nice place for a family stay
We stayed at the Pierre & Vacances Résidence Les Jardins Ombragés for a week in September 2018. We were very suprised with the level of equipment available in the appartment. We had a dishwasher and additional bunk beds! There was also a full-length mirror which was very useful as we were there for a family wedding. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy. Towels were nice and fluffy and plenty available and the swimming pool was lovely. There was a good supply of hot water all the time. The balcony was a nice touch and the hotel maintains the garden very well. There was also a custard apple tree. The room was fully air-conditioned which was a must. There was also laundry facilities and an ironing board available. Getting to the hotel was a little bit of a struggle for us. We got an Uber from the airport but once we got to the area it took a further 10 mins to find this hotel. There were no English television channels which may be a problem for some but not for us. The WiFi was also hit and miss, so that's a consideration for some. We also had to pay an additional tax when we left the property was a surprise to us but not a problem.

Excellent apart hotel
We felt like home. Kitchen tools, beds, balcony, furnitures all are in great condition. Beach, A8, Carrefour are close (with car). We look forward to staying at this hotel next year.

Could be better
Great location and property. However for £40 per week you would expect to have a path from the car park to the residence (impossible to pull a bag with wheels)that isn’t made up tree roots and broken stones. Also Hotels.com should not promote the email as it does not work most of the time and when does it’s so so slow

Nice kitchen small clean unit

Super cheap produce and grocery for your stay. Pool closed at 7:30. Parking 8eu a day. Wifi so slow that it's free. close to harbor and beaches. Nice stay

Fantastic, more than just good value!
Lovely apartment, grounds, hotel and pool. What a welcome surprise having switched from a club type complex in Biarritz to here and saving £300 too. Under £600 for 7 nights accomodation just a short distance from the sea. 30oC and 10 mins from Cannes! Stopping with my 2 girls on my own so felt very secure with coded entry gates etc. Superb apartment almost everything was new!! Definately would go back again!

Not a leisure property
The apartment is a part of residential property. The receptions is not available most of the times. Number given on Hotels.com website is incorrect. If you are planning to stay for a week or more on budget them consider this. If it is a leisure holiday there are hosts of better options. It takes an hour by bus to reach Cannes so consider this if planning to stay at Cannes.

Depressing room
This is just an adequate pace to stay on a small budget, it is by no means a luxury or nice place to be. I think a large improvement to the room would simply be some decent light bulbs instead of the terribly depressing energy saving type that emit a horrible low surgical brightness and colour. The walls are thin and you remain intimate with neighbours, the reception is rarely open, and you have to pay 12.50 euros for towels on arrival per person. Thats for a small hand towel and a bath towel. Both of which are cheap and stank after three uses. If you want them cleaned you have to do it yourself or pay another 12.50 euro. Parking is expensive but there is loads of free parking right outside. The staff were nice and helpful and if it had been warm when I was there I would have used the good looking large pool. Overall fine for a night or two but not somewhere to relax for a week, I couldn't wait to get home.
