Great location but not worth the money

Location:Close to the V&A Waterfront
We recently stayed at this hotel which is located adjacent to the V&A Waterfront. The location and staff were the positive experiences. For the price the rooms are dated, and my son and his girlfriend were placed in a room for the disabled with no consultation. Our room faced the mountain, however we also overlooked the parking area and staff entrance, so was very noisy from 4am in the morning.
The hotel is also undergoing maintenance, would have preferred to be notified about this at the time of booking.
