Staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful! My only complaint is the bathroom situation in the room is not ideal (loud doors for light sleepers, no privacy, and water gets everywhere). Our room also appeared to have previous water damage in the ceiling. However, it’s a fine room for the price point and very clean!

Not a fan of the bathroom in the room as it doesn’t feel very private if you have someone staying with you, and when taking a shower no heat can stay in the bathroom so you get pretty cold. Other than that not a bad stay for the price, bed was comfy and quick sign in/out.

A minimalist property. More like a glorified hostel. No nightly/daily room clean up. No TVs, no coffee makers. Staff requests don’t necessarily follow through. But beds are nice and sheets crisp. Great location.

Front Desk Lady was friendly and knowledgeable of the area check-in was smooth. Unless your looking for luxury for what I paid this was a very good choice. I would stay there again. Small rooms but clean

Winter Stay in Charlottetown
I was excited to try out a non chain hotel during our recent trip to Charlottetown. Maybe it was just that Hotels.com didnt list the hotel properly or I should have done more research but this hotel left a lot to be desired. It felt more like I was staying in a hostel or a university dorm than a hotel. Right down to the community lounge instead of having tvs in the rooms. The shower didnt have much water pressure and the bathrooms were not very private as the doors dont even go to the ceiling.
