I arrived late and there was no door person to let me in the locked ADA door. I waited for a long time in the cold until a resident happened to come by and let me in. The check in process had several bumps, including them putting a hold on my account for over $500 rather than $150. The water pressure was so poor that showers took me 2-3 times longer than usual. Lots of parties going on and the whole place smells strongly of weed. Also the hot tub is outside and inaccessible during the winter-I really wish I had known that beforehand!

Beautiful property, nice view and everything walking distance. But checking in was a bit taken back because my room wasnt available due to maintenance. Room was supposed to be available at 4pm and it was available until 5:30. So we missed our restaurant reservation.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Sentral. This property hit all stars on everything. Our room was wonderful and clean. The hotel staff was helpful and professional. The pool was warm and the room was breathtaking. Definitely recommend getting the parking app and vellet service at the Essex next door.

This property was comfy, clean and safe. The kitchen was stocked with coffee pot, plates, toaster, cups, knives, etc. The beds were very comfy. It felt like we were staying at a friends apartment rather than a hotel.
