A really great and convenient hotel
What an absolute treat. Clean, friendly, convenient, efficient Just really a wonderful stay. The 24 hour staff was wonderful. Each person was friendly and informative. 24 hour coffee and the water dispensers were an unexpected treat.

Room for improvement
The good: the check in and out was smooth. The breakfast was about as you'd expect...nothing fancy but good enough. I thought it was funny the TV welcomed me into my room by name. I did like the shampoo and fact it wasn't the wasteful mini bottles, but I prefer bar soap. The less good: not so much bad, but there was a snafu with the key where I couldn't get into my room when I returned. Front desk got it fixed quickly so not huge deal, but an annoyance. Fridge didn't work. No liner for the ice bucket. No kleenexes in the holder. The ugly: there was someone else's dirty socks under the sink.
