We checked in to our room to find out we had no hot water. They sent up a technician who informed us that they’ve been having some issues with certain blocks of rooms and that you needed to let the water run for 10 to 15 minutes which we tried, and still nothing. we did have hot water this morning, and we had no TV service in our room the entire stay. When I mentioned that to the clerk this morning, I check out she informed me that they have been having some issues with that as well. Both of these situations should’ve been mentioned to us at check-in, not after we experience these issues. I would love to have some sort of refund, the clerk at the front desk this morning was not able to do anything for me.
