It was fast to check in and there was free breakfast every morning. The only problem was parking. But this hotel had the cheapest parking rate than other hotels.

Considering the rating of the hotel, the room should’ve been way cleaner and in better conditions. Chair had a food stain on it that hadn’t been cleaned off. The outlet covering was not attached to the wall and wallpaper was coming off. Furniture looked really worn down. Outlets on one of the nightstands wasn’t working. Overall was not impressed with this Hampton Inn location.

Excellent housekeeping service by Donna and Marlen. Austin at the valet desk was always super friendly. I wish the Front Desk staff smiled more and were friendlier. They are the face of the hotel.
