Dirty Hotel with Horrible Customer Service
The hotel was dirty all around. From the minute I stepped foot in the lobby, I stated to my wife that we would never stay at that hotel again. There was a constant sign at the front desk stating they were away, even though I could hear them talking in the back office. Though I asked for help, they took their time to leave the office and come to the front desk. The room was not clean at all. The was hair all over from previous guests, black grime in bath tub, and sticky floors. In fact, our feet were black after walking around the room and we had to clean our feet off before putting our shoes on to leave in the morning. We asked a couple of times to get bedding for the pullout couch, and the front desk kept saying the laundry was still being washed and they would bring us some sheets and a blanket. They never brought us anything; luckily we brought sleeping bags that our kids eventually slept in because it was well past bedtime. We got to the breakfast bar an hour after it opened, and most of the food was gone. When we asked if they had any more food to put out, the front desk attendant stated they didn't have any more food left... there were still 2 hours left for breakfast and most of it was gone. The back security door was broken and didn't have a handle, thus people left it open so they could get in. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at in all our travels, and definitely won't be staying at Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Cypress Creek ever again!
