Hallways dark and dirty walls that have a scary feeling, when we entered to our room there was dirty sheets and towels on the floor, bathtub had black and grey stains. The room was supposed to be clean but the cleaning g lady forgot to take the dirty whites outside the room. The bathrooms on the lobby area smelled bad and again the walls looked so dirty everywhere. When my husband came out of the lobby bathroom he told me that smelled like urine. The building has so much potential if it was clean. The workers were very nice but they need to fired the cleaning g company they are using, they are not cleaning at all.

the room smelled a tobacco and weed. the night table lamp was not working. when a call the front desk no one answered. the assigned a different room that didn't smelled

Good stay for Cleveland Clinic
We stay here when we have an early procedure or surgery at Cleveland Clinic. So we’ve stayed many times. Can’t beat the price. It needs updating but You get what you pay for. Obviously we’re happy with it because we keep coming back!

I was a little surprised at the condition of the property. The room, 323, was run down. Rust/fungus in bathrooms. Wall behind door knocked in. Missing caulk on floors and baths. Facet was broken.

The nastiest hotel I have been to. The only good thing about it was the area around it. Hotel was in horrible condition. Musty smell right as soon as you walked in. Carpet was all stained and walls/doors were beat up. The room was the nastiest part. Sheets were dirty, bed was stained, pull out couch had trash in it, shower wouldn’t drain. The pillows were flat as could be and the blanket was also dirty. They had no extra blankets so we had to sleep under 2 sheets.
