Fantastic - Professional - extremely helpful

Pros: The location was great, comfy pillows and beds, the best thing about this hotel is Philip
Cons: Have a jug in the rooms
Location: Location fantastic, close to everything
Philip and his staff were fantastic #1 people, very friendly and helpful. Organised and advised us on tours to take. Philip went out of his way to help us and always made sure we were happy and even booked us a taxi and paid for it himself. Top notch person. We are definitely going back to stay at Panda Hotel you are amazing. Thank you very much Philip

Very nice, clean hotel with lovely English speaking staff. Located very close to the nightmarket and the more pumping part of the city. Good laundry service

Staff alone are worth the money

Cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff are here - special mention to Phillip for whom nothing was ever too much trouble and made us feel at home from day one. This is a great place to go on a budget - given the array of things to do in Hanoi, the most important asset provided by your hotel is advice on where to go next. Hotel Panda provided us with exceptional assistance. You should go here just for the pleasure of meeting Phillip and his excellent staff!
