We stayed at the Silverland May Hotel for the first time back in February during Tet and instantly we knew we would be back. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the afternoon tea, which was a nice bonus. The location was great, it’s very convenient and walkable to all of the restaurants. We had accidentally left our souvenirs in our hotel room after check out and Ms. Tran (Jade) has been so wonderful in trying to help us get it back. She really has gone above and beyond and has been extremely helpful and kind going out of her way to help us.

The hotel is charming and the personnel is excellent, so is the food in their cafe. The only drawback was the air conditioning in our room that sent cold blasts unto our bed and could not be regulated.

Such a great hotel on D1! Staff are friendly and lovely! Hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet was my favourite! I would say the gym machines need an update and beware the hotel isn’t very noise proof so you can hear everything. In the mornings. It was a little hard to sleep
