On our previous stays we were always in rooms that faced Costco. This time we were in an odd numbered room that sort of faced parking lot and it was noisier and for most of stay we could hear someone’s tv on and talking until around 2:00 a.m. Also, could hear like the base of music coming thru the walls in the morning. Not sure if sound proofing was weaker but we haven’t heard neighbors before so might’ve just been neighbors.

Tiny, old and dirty, rooms smelled like old smoke, had to switch rooms because the first one was so smelly. Front desk moved me quickly as if they have to switch people all the time. Elevators wreaked of marijuana. Bathroom in 2nd room has oil or similar on the floor and had a dark ring in the toilet. Walls have scuff marks everywhere and furniture is chipping. TV is tiny and bed is hard and sheets are stiff and itchy. Pool are is old, and Jacuzzi is brown and dirty. Overall, I would not return. Only positive is Bella Terra is right across the street so dining and entertainment was close.

The property itself was nice our room was not cleaned very well had sticky areas on the carpet, our room was supposedly cleaned while we were out for the day but the sink had black stuff all up in it that hadn’t been there before we left!

The staff were friendly and helpful, parking for a large truck available, food and shopping within walking distance. That said, the property is aging, but staff seem to be doing a good job with maintenance.
