We had called ahead since we where traveling to see if the room cpuld be ready. They said yes. We got there it was the wrong room, we had paid for a riverfront. They gave us a view of parking lot? Said it would be an hour to hour amd a half...we came back...still not reqdy., then attitude with my husband did it for me. We cancelled and went to double tree next door. Friendly and courteous with no issues. Be cautious!

We stayed here due to me needing surgery. When we arrived the employee who greated us was a very kind black man with a cross around his neck. He was sadly the only lovely person to us.When we arrived I noticed that it looked like as if they only changed the bedding but didn’t clean anything else. The floor was not vacuumed, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned either. We then seen on the paper that we were given that we could call the front desk and they would assist (I would’ve went down to talk to them but I had to take meds which caused me to have to stay in the room ifykyk). They proceeded to answer and say “please hold!” I was on hold for close to 35 mins. Then I hung up and called back and they then proceeded to constantly talk over me and not allow me to speak. I then was so upset that I hung up. I then tried to call room service and they proceeded to treat me rudely as well by putting me on hold and then when I asked for soup they gave me cold soup. I have never stayed somewhere where constantly people are rude and treat others who they don’t even know with such disrespect for absolutely no reason. When we had to leave earlier than expected due to my aftercare surgery needs; my husband said the person at the desk was completely rude and didn’t bother to answer his questions he was asking. We have no idea why we were ever treated with such unpleasant behavior but we will be sure to never stay here again. This was absolutely unacceptable and memorable for all the wrong reasons.

I liked they issued a ticket for the parking but felt it should have been free since I self parked and it was outside the garage. Liked that it was near the expressway but did not feel safe to walk the area after daylight.

Room was handi-accessible, when booking normal room. There was some dirty substance in the bathroom door jam, felt icky in the room, looked nothing like what i saw in the photos. Would have never booked if id known otherwise.

Decent for the price
Hotel was conveniently located near the Florida Theatre. Hotel appeared to be very old; however the rooms were redone. Room was comfortable; however there was not a safe in the room. Disposable Coffee cups are not sealed in plastic and made me very leery of using them. Overall; definitely a good stay for the price as rooms were very clean and a good nights sleep.

I reserved a river view room with single king bed through Expedia. At check in I was given a non-river view room with 2 queen beds. I showed them my itinerary from Expedia with single king bed, they showed me their reservation order from Expedia for 2 queen beds. All king bed rooms were sold out so they could not accommodate, but they did move me to a river view room.
