Impossible to park nearby the hotel, we drove around in circles for a long time. Lobby area is pleasant and open. Keycard entry to the lifts not in use. Corridoors to rooms dreary, rooms OK but wouldn't run to stay here again.

Nice hotel just don’t try to contact them directly
Nice hotel, comfortable and reasonably quiet being slightly outside the main city bar and nightclub area. Car park a 10 minute walk away. Downside is communication and service. Prior to visit rang hotel reception 6 times and emailed twice without reply. In hotel reception staff were very nice but took 10-15 minutes to find someone to serve at bar. Despite that would definitely stay again.

Originally booked a standard room but the loo light didnt work so was upgraded to an executive room. Thank you!! Breakfast was delicious I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit salad and the buffet mushrooms. Hubby enjoyed it all!! Was walkable distance to city centre and to the national museum of armouries
