The hotel staff are FANTASTIC. My friend who had left the day before had left behind some hair stuff & it had been kept for her. That just was a little thing that showed how everything is focussed on organised around guest's comfort. Beds super comfy - choice of pillows. Shower was gorgeous. Breakfast and dinner delicious, ample & reasonably priced. Really chilled out break and will definitely return. Thank you

Not as good as its made out to be.
Just an honest review of my own experience. Arrived early and allowed to check in which was good. Returned to room after being out for the day to a horrendous constant loud noise coming from the drain in the shower. This resulted in us being moved to another room at 00.15hrs, not what you want after a tiring day. Next room had door hanging of cupboard and was tatty in general. These are so called Executive rooms. Went to breakfast and was given a filthy cup for my brew. After a short journey home suffered an upset stomach, in my opinion this was something from the breakfast which had upset my stomach. My first and last stay at the Pullman, in my opinion NOT as good as its made out to be and far better hotels in Liverpool.
