Excellent location, right near Paddington Station and Edgware Road tube stop with lots of cafes moments away. Lovely staff and a very spacious, modern room (ours was one of the renovated ones). Huge lobby with a bar, cafe, restaurant etc. Very nice and helpful staff. Make sure to request non-down pillows if you're allergic - I didn't realise they were until the morning!

I had a horrible stay. I called the manager to change my room. Nothing done! The smell of mould. It was very dusty. The bathroom shower not working. I stayed 4 nights. The cleaning lady come in the room only once to make the bed and changed the towels. I called the reception to send someone to clean my room. Never showed up. Nobody cared! I want my full refund.

Family weekend away.
Staff were all great, particularly at check in; restaurant and left luggage. Let down was the heating not working well in the room, bathroom needs updating and when this was brought up at check out; just a nonchalant reply of sorry about that. Overall, good location a short walk from Paddington station and would stay again
