Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, great to have a space separate from the bedroom for dining and relaxing. Clean. Large bathroom. Great location, close to tourist attractions but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Underground and great bus services nearby. Highly recommend for a short or long stay in London.

We can’t say enough about the assistance we received from these outstanding young professionals. They were so accommodating of our challenges with the intricacies of the lights, the appliances, and reaching them with no phone in our room. We quickly learned, with their help, that our cell phones were essential. Omar came up to show us how the microwave worked at midnight one night and also fixed the electrical converter. Naz was the ulltimate professional when we arrived, frazzled after a long flight, and installed SIM cards in our phones as we realized our plan from home was not going to work. when moving to an upgraded room we returned to find she had quietly moved our luggage to the new room while we were out. This hotel’s dedication to the environment is outstanding. From minimalist lighting to the pleasant scent of essential oil infusions and attention to green products for kitchen and bathroom and many other features, they must be applauded. And did l mention the location? amazing. Right on the river and the Thames walkway that takes you all along the river. Bravo Locke.
