For the price I have stayed in much better hotels in that area. My room was tiny with a very small window, it almost felt claustrophobic. I’ve found much better options for a better price.

Found the hotel, clean and facilities great. Staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and pubs to entertain you in an evening.The underground station nearby making everywhere in London accessible . Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Despite having "Gold" Expedia status ("VIP Access"), I wasn't offered a room upgrade and didn't receive any other benefits. Also, the price was not as discounted as Expedia will have you believe. The hotel itself was superb. Whilst the single room is small, it is well designed with a spacious, modern bathroom. All fixtures and fittings worked normally and were clean. Room servicing was thorough and all staff were polite, efficient and welcoming. The location is just a few minutes' walk from Earls Court tube and there are plentiful restaurants, shops, bars and fast food outlets nearby. The area felt safe and was quiet. The only significant noise came from the occupant in the room above me who appeared to be taking their pet elephant for a walk.

The price was excellent, anything under £100 in London is difficult to find but this was well under and in a nice area, 2 minutes from the tube. I arrived early and they were more than accommodating, allowing me to check in a few hours early as soon as the room was clean and checked. The room was nicely decorated and spotless. A very nice touch to find a 3 pack of Ferrero Rocher and a personalised welcome note. I will definitely be using them again in the near future

Staff is super friendly. Minutes away from train station which was handy. The room was clean and quiet during the nights. Only reason I gave 4/5 was that the room is carpeted. The carpets were stained and a bit dirty.
