Just OK needs a re vamp
The Hotel is in a good location for Olympia, I stayed here for one night. The staff were generally helpful and allowed me to check in an hour early.
The place in general is a little tired and wasn't the cleanest hotel i've stayed in. lots of dust on the windows and the matress on the bed was really scuffed which you could feel through the sheets.
The floors were really noisy in my room which was annoying for me and no doubt the room underneath. Facilities were ok and the kitchenette in my room was a bonus to cook food and breakfast.
The pillows are terrible, super thin and abviosuly not been replaced in years. although i was given 3 of them so that was ample for me on my own. had i been sharing it would have been an issue. cant understand why such a small expense hasnt been taken care of given so many people on the reviews have mentioned this.
My car was broken in to and my front window smashed on the road outside the hotel in the middle of the afternoon so if you're traveling by car use a multi story rather than park outside. Apparently not the first time its happened yet the Hotels CCTV that was directly outside the hotel wasnt working.
Not the best stay for various reasons but an ok hotel for the price if you're visiting a show at olympia.
