Six days to explore London. We loved the Rembrandt’s central location near the South Kensington Tube stop. Staff were helpful and friendly. We upgraded our room and appreciated having a king bed, loveseat, coffee table, and 2 chairs in addition to a desk.

Very disappointing stay. The parking wasn’t anywhere near the hotel and very expensive, so I had to park somewhere else. The jacuzzi bath didn’t work. My breakfast preorder was completely wrong when it arrived in the morning so I had to phone through my order again while half of it went cold. Generally the room felt very tired.

Friendly and helpful staff and good location with short walk to the Tube. Got sick following first breakfast at hotel, having chosen scrambled eggs and vegetables. Afterwards played it very safe with food selections. Rooms were 'dated'. Was first placed in a VERY small room with uneven ceilings (top floor) and was allowed to change rooms.

Overall very good
Great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing ambiance. Comfy bed and nice linen. Dinner was delicious. Only slight disappointment was the breakfast, which didn’t reflect the standard of the rest of the hotel. Would stay again but not book breakfast.
