Nice room, food great, could be better value
Great location, very comfortable bed and food in the restaurant was lovely. Could have been cleaner (napkin from previous diner on the bench seat next to me in restaurant, table hadn't been wiped and room could have had a better hoover) but not too bad. It was pricey for the size of room, but it was comfortable. Nice fixtures and fittings.

Newly refurbished hotel, so everything nice and clean and new. Compact room for the price I paid. Nice shower and washroom area, didn’t expect to walk into the bathroom as we entered our room. Bathroom slippers and teaspoon missing but everything else was fine. Good concept of keeping a jug for water to fill at the water station on each floor. Breakfast was good and had all the usual choices. Didn’t realise till after out breakfast that we could have ordered vegan/veggie sausages! A nice big dinning room.

Great place to stay for the night!
We were allowed to check in early, great as it was raining and we had a bag we didn't want to carry around. Very clean room, welcoming staff as well. Bed was a little hard but overall not an issue.

Loved our stay here while in London. Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, staff was very helpful & very conveniently close to the main attractions. They also had a decent breakfast buffet available. Definitely recommend!

Really nice, would 100% return.
Really quick and pleasant checkin experience, advised cheaper to book breakfast in advance rather than pay on the day. My wife and I had one premium room on the 7th as did my 78 year old Dad. Rooms really well appointed, clean and quite - especially if you used the pocket door. Tempreture effectively managed, great shower, comfortable bed, good coffee and we loved the fill your own carafe option. Took one star off service as breakfast (4 mornings) could be improved, except for the omelette guy as he was great. Seemed to be a shortage of plates, small ramekins for jams and condiments. I asked for a milk jug at one-point and was given a teapot with milk, it worked but not correct. The pancake machine seemed to always be clogged or needing a belt change. The actual food was very nice, its just all the bits around it that need refined, hence the 1 star off service.
