The bed was comfy, the room tidy and lovely hotwater in shower. Although climbing into a slippery bath to shower very difficult. But insufficient instruction pamplets left me fumbling to work out appliances, lights, phone etc. Almost no milk and teabags for guests who dont drink coffee. Stocking the containers for overnight stays would be appreciated. Help with suitcases for elderly travellers would also be appreciated.

Everything was great, the only thing needs to be worked on will be the elevators that are a little dated, it was perfect for the price, I will definitely stay there again.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from the front desk staff. The room I was assigned had an overpowering urine odor and looked quite old, as did the hallway. When my son inquired about getting a new room, the staff claimed there were no other rooms available. However, after I firmly expressed my concerns, they were somehow able to find us another room. I had initially booked reservations at another nearby hotel, but canceled them to stay there with family members who had rooms at that hotel. Due to this terrible experience, I will never stay at this Sheraton again, nor will I stay at any other Sheraton properties in the future.

I got soaked in a couple of ways at this property!
No soap in the body wash dispenser in the shower, parking fees landed @$62.50 for one night with no other options. Restaurant didn’t have posted hours and very limited menu. Entire property was cold and harsh. Very uninviting. Drawers in nightstands kept coming fully open causing a danger when getting out of bed. There was no “protected “ route to parking so in deluge- I got soaked getting to my vehicle and ended up in ankle high water with no other option soaking my shoes, socks and feet. When charging $60+ a night for parking the experience of getting soaked getting to my vehicle was absolutely inexcusable!! Ruined a $100 pair of shoes.
