The rooms were spacious and clean, we had a 2 double beds room. The staff are very friendly, Matthew at the front desk was warm and welcoming when I checked in. We tried the breakfast burritos at the hotel, the brisket and soyrizo and it was delicious! It was close driving distance to Griffith Observatory, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Universal Studios and Koreatown for KBBQ! We would definitely come back here to stay again!

Don’t bother with the hotel shuttle from the Burbank Hotel, take a Lyft. Shuttle drive was very rude, told me I’d have to wait for others to arrive to take the shuttle. I waited for over 30 minutes. It’s just a 10-minute ride from the airport to the hotel, the driver could have taken me to the airport and returned. Bring your own shampoo to the hotel. There is a hair and body wash bottle attached to the shower. Mine was empty and I asked 3 times for it to be filled and it never was. There were dark spots that looked like blood on the bathroom floor when I first entered the hotel room. Cafe and bar staff were friendly and helpful.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Location was perfectly in between the tourist spots & the parking garage next to the hotel was extremely convenient. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would come back again!
