We stayed overnight due to an in and out the next morning flight at LAX. Property was quiet. Husband said he could hear the planes, but they were not super noticeable. Bed was okay (a little disappointed, as we used to love Hyatt beds). Over all, it was a quick stay, but staff was friendly, and served our purpose. Would definitely stay here again.

The shuttle service was really great and consistent. The staff that spoke English were very nice and helpful. The Hyatt had alot of staff members that spoke no English so they couldnt help with the simpliest questions. Room service is not 24 hrs, it starts at 5p and ends before 12a which is a huge bomber. I contacted the front desk and requested a hygiene item at 4am and the staff member told me "she would see if someone could bring the item to the room." What? If there was not a houseman available to deliver the item then a supervisor, manger on duty, or even security could have dropped it off. Why should I have to worry about your staffing schedule? (They delivered the item) The bathrooms need to be updated. The buffet breakfast could have had a larger selection of food considering it was a $35 pp buffet. I would give this hotel a 3.5.
