Check-in was a breeze. The room is large and very clean. I ordered room service and my food was delivered within about 15 minutes and it was quite good. I ordered salmon and vegetables. The only complaint I have is that I’m trying to watch a movie on Netflix and the internet connection keeps dropping .

No one was available to check us in. When someone finally showed up he directed us to a parking garage with incorrect information. Handicapped parking was more than 200 yards away….and then, NOT AVAILABLE! In the room cold water was NOT AVAILABLE! Only hot from the bathroom faucet and TOILET! And only hot water in the kitchen sink. The TV was unable to synchronize the sound with the picture. Not a happy experience!

Hotel was very quiet, no loud noises. They get fresh Krispy Kreme donuts delivered everyday. Breakfast included in the stay. I didn't like they charged $50 a night for parking when it isn't valet parking. I had to walk up and down 2 flights of stairs during a weather storm to get to my car. Thats my only complaint.
