The managers and staff of thia hotel are very nice to the guests. Every staff member is very nice- front desk, porters, security, restaurants. The service from then staff is 5 star. The hotel was good value for money and not to far from the airport in distance, however, one.must still allow about 30 minutes for Phillipines traffic to get there.

FANTASTIC! Beautiful property with spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet available that was so good, you'll dream about it, but the real standout was the staff who, without a single fail, were just the most lovely, kind, courteous people. "Excellent" just isn't a high enough rating for my stay at the Heritage - it was simply outstanding. I will be coming back to Manila and will definitely be staying here again!
