The size of the rooms are enormous, own kitchen and separate dining area that can be closed of from the main bedroom. Spacious bathroom, good location to SM Megamall

I stay a lot at this hotel mainly because I like the location, and it is fairly priced. The Hotel is always clean and front staff are quite accomodating. There are a few things that do annoy me though. For example, it's a double room for two people, but there is only ever 1 glass, 1 bathrobe etc. When you call housekeeping for another glass or bathrobe you are usually met with a negative response. During the recent manila earthquake I was surprised they never sounded the evacuation alarm. when I asked them about it the response was that they didn't feel it was a strong enough tremor. Amazing!

Nice rooms

Good value, good quality hotel

Pros: Rooms were well attired
Cons: Some maintenance in the pool area is probably due
Location: Mega mall is very close
My family and I stayed 3 nights at the Linden Suites, the rooms were very nice, neat and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot spa and the gym looked well kitted out but I didn't use it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of western and Asian foods. The off street parking was helpful for my visitors and proximity to Mega Mall was good. I would stay here again, the quality was very good for the price.

Convenient and friendly, well appointed

Pros: Location standard pleasant staff
Cons: Restaurant facilities
Location: Work
Pleasant and good value. Competes well with neighbouring properties. Friendly reception, friendly security staff. Very helpful with taxis and advice as needed. Convenience store close by.

Nice hotel lovely and very helpful staff

Pros: The hotel room is lovely.
Cons: nothing.
Location: Just a little annoyed by the traffic condition.
I was surprised to get an upgrade. The room was immaculate. Could not ask for anything better.

Pros: Check-in, walking distance to mega mall
Cons: Checkout, plumbing, room was for 6 but everythinggiven was for 2 people. Tried to get cutlery, etc and took at least an hour to get from housekeeping.
Facilities: Old, Needs to update plumbing; Value: Over-priced, Could be better; Service: Lacking, Checkout was the worse; Cleanliness: Dirty, The floodirty dusty; Check out was the worse, waited 20miutes and was called by my room number, instead of my surname. Toilet got blocked and almost overflowed.
