The front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. Some members of staff particularly Rupert are very rude and disrespectful.. Rupert appears to think that it is appropriate to speak to people like he is a master of dogs. Further he handles the truth very loosely. The standard of staff has deteriorated.very noticeably post covid The Atlantis is no longer our first choice hotel and I doubt we will bother to stay there ever again

Very conveniently located, with access to numerous transport options to get you where you want to go. Staff were great. a quick tram ride to numerous dining options and bars at southbank.

The hotel almost goes out of its way to not deliver service. No room service. The breakfast staff won’t allow you to take breakfast back to your room and won’t allow you to buy a coffee only. They say you MUST pay $15 for breakfast and stay in the restaurant to eat! Not a great location either for cafes etc

For the first time in my life I stayed at a Hotel that doesn't provide face washers in the bathroom. Being told when checking out that you can have them if you ask is utterly pointless as when you're about to jump in the shower and realise there's no face washer it's a bit late. Shower quality is a very important aspect of a hotel room and this soured the experience for me.

ideal for a quick stay over, easy book in and out, breakfast was said to be buffe style nope, this could be an opportunity to do better. room was to standard, extra pillows and larger bed as requested and was delivered. Will be going back to take advantage of the pool and sauna on a longer stay.
