Was very comfortable stay , lovely bed and pillows , clean . Bathroom needs updating as hate shower over bath . But I enjoyed my stay .

I was in west tower, did not like shower over bathtub. Did not like having to pay a deposit of $100 per night and not having the money refunded for seven days.

The property is perfection positioned near china town, walking distance to the beautiful upmarket shopping like Louis and Gucci. Our room was a little out dated,and needed a little tlc. However we didnt spend much time in the room

Had a small issue with check in and staff were a little rude
